We Are Here For You
On-Site, DFT Instructor
JCIT 2 offers either an on-site or digital instructor for any workshop.
On-Site instructors travel to client locations and conduct the workshops from that location. The digital training lecture takes care of introducing and reviewing all of the labs. All questions and answers are conducted live by the JCIT 2 Instructor.
As internal training leaders are growing and learning, we recommend on-site JCIT 2 Instructors for management training of the Business Strategy Workshops. Management questions can quickly cross several organizational boundaries and can overpower an internal employee. The JCIT 2 Instructor insures you of the experience required to address all of the DFT and business questions.
Problems can be created by prematurely placing internal workshop coordinators into the position of a DFT Instructor. Unintentionally, they can take the training and implementation off track. JCIT 2 Instructors have decades of experience and training to handle questions. We want the internal workshop coordinators to be successful. First as workshop lab assistants, then as training coordinators that lead the lab and eventually as internal instructors. Please do not put them into a premature position of unnecessary risk or stress.
Digital Instructor
A digital instructor will conduct the workshop online. The digital instructor will be available for the entire workshop, except for breaks. Again, the digital training lecture takes care of introducing and reviewing all of the labs. All questions and answers are addressed via videoconferencing. The site MUST have a video camera facing the students in the class to insure interaction. Daily consulting rates apply. No Expenses.
The Digital Era
Digital Questions and Answers
Digital questions and answers can be addressed via videoconferencing. The JCIT 2 digital instructor will only join the workshop at requested hours scheduled by the licensee. They will answer any questions and add to any discussions requested by the client. Again, the site MUST have a video camera facing the students in the class to insure interaction.
Digital Drop-In
Licensed clients may also request a digital drop-in visit from an instructor. These digital visits are complimentary services as part of the initial licensee support programs. They will answer questions and add to any discussions requested by the client.
